What is so great bout the XboX 360??????

I know i might regret this but I don't get what is so good 'bout the new XBOX 360??

i meen at my school this kid had a XBOX 360 there (free day at school last day before X-mas break) and they were playing starwars battlefront 2 (mind you that game sucks so hard if i xplaned i'd get kicked of this form) and my normal XboX had just as or maybe better graphics

and plus it is so xpensive (unless the price has gone down)

The price has gone down some but not much. If you don't have an HDTV with the hd cables then the graphics are going to be so so or in your case they look just like the regular xbox. I don't know all the specs to the 360 and i'm sure you can look online and compare it to the regular xbox or the PS3 or the Wii. A friend of mine has a 360 with an HDTV and the cables and its far better then the xbox. The controller feels very comfortable in your hands and you can turn the 360 on and off right from the controller which I thought was cool. Also you can create your profile one time and store it right on the 360 and it'll show up for all the games you play. I hate it when it just says player 1 or player 2 it annoying. The controllers will tell you what player you are right on the controller which is a plus and they are cordless. We play the multiplayer games and the cords always get tangled, someone trips over them, or his dog will be sitting on the cords when can be distracting.

I don't have a 360 myself but i would like to get one after playing on my friends 360 a whole bunch. I want to get a PS3 but its just too expensive and i don't think i'll get one anytime soon. I guess i'll stick with my PS2 which is good enough for me right now I'll get a 360 in the summer after school is out. Well you wanted to know what was so great about the 360. I've listed a few reasons or opinions however you want to look at it

Irecently bought a 360 because of my brother. Microsoft makes it really easy to play each other online not that that information is new. Another thing that makes the system cool os you can download demos of the games before you buy them. We all hate spending money on games ond then hateing them. Joen already mentioned the controlers so i wont go there. The graphics are great with the cords like he mentioned i never played mine without them so not sure what it looks like without. All in all i think its worth the money.

Everyone is going to go out and buy a new console and the 360 has to be your choice. It's cheaper then the PS3 although nearly as good, more fun than a Wii and has more games then both put together. Plus of course HALO 3.

xbox 360's are the best consoles. I dont care as much about the wireless controllers or the hard drive profiles, but the games are insane! Gears of War, dead rising, crackdown, full auto, bioshock, two worlds, halo 3, saints row, FEAR, Rainbow six: vegas.... i could go on but i think you get the point. xbox 360s have the best selection of games out there. get one

i duno what this is but the xbox 360 is the most amazing system i have have ever witnessed i hve had mine since september 2006 and i still love it.... the fact that the graphics get you moe into a game is incredible and also the sounds are fantastic, how could you ask what is so special??? the price has dropped so much noadays though so most people canm afford one of these amazing systems. i bought the premum console but even if you uy the not so popular arcade version you will still get the same gaming experiance and it is amazing !!

tbh i think that the almost realistic graphics are simply amazing and cannot be beaten, for example gears of war is just so good for reality, also the gameplay for practically all the games made for it are just amazing also, ie the storylines for gears of war, assassins creed etc etc, also the way u play games such as skate is different to any other game ive played before.

the xbox 360 is awesome at the moment because of it's graphics and the xbox live facility but i think all that will fade away once ps home is launched and in full release as it looks stunning and has way more features.

cod4 & forza 2, the main reasons i bought my 360, then gta 4 was released just made it a whole lot better, never had any problems with my console, online is excellent, though ms points system is just a way to get people to spend more money, but all in all i would buy another one tomorrow

IS for the normal xbox..
thats why it wouldnt of been soo great,

games like CoD & Fable & Final Fantasy.
that are mad in connection with the 360 process
are what makes it so amazing,
the online play, the storage, the whole system basis is just flawless.

360 is great, a nice power Houser but it's power wouldn't compare to the PS3, and for Nintendo, it's stand alone. For all 3 systems, they have their purpose for entertainment.
