I watched a programme about the ps3 having some sort of Multi axis function built in, ie you can tilt and move the controller to mimick certain movements in the game.
Should be cool if they can get it to work, wont be as good as the Wii though.

PS3 feels like it came out a little before its time.
I think its a great system but the simplicity of Xbox360 live and the titles the 360 charged out with overshadows the PS3

^^^ I don't think the PS3 came out before its time. They just over did it and went over the top. Its really the blu-ray technology that screwed them. I'm sure they are trying to make themselves stand out from everyone else, but i don't know that now was the best time to do that. I think they should have put the blu-ray idea on the back burners and waited till they make their next system and reconsidered the idea. Also, their delay in releasing the system was bad. They should have done everything to release the same time as the Xbox but they wasted a (i think) year playing graba** that they lost loyal customers who, if they didn't have to wait, would have bought and new PS3. I think if they were $100 cheaper AND came out roughly the same time as Xbox people might have gone for it and they wouldn't be where they are now

I think the reason they waited til after the 360 came out was to see the bad reviews that ppl gave of the 360 and then improve those in the PS3. If that was the case they obvisiously screwed up and i as well think the blu-ray idea was crap.

Thats a blind and retarted view of an xbox. you said that the ps3 was awesome and the xbox was crap but if youve never played an xbox then what are you basing your argument on? xbox live is infinitely better than anything sony could ever dream of.

i think ps3 suck ,go for the XBox this is the new tech and its have good graphic from which you play well

We expected the PlayStation 3 to ship with several games that first appeared on the Xbox 360, similar to how the Xbox 360 had a lot of Xbox ports at launch. And the PS3 did indeed arrive with a good number of games that originally shipped for the Xbox 360. This gave us the perfect opportunity to compare the graphics on both systems with several cross-platform games. You'd think that the PS3 versions would be exactly the same or slightly superior to the Xbox 360 versions, since many of these games appeared on the 360 months ago, but it seems like developers didn't use the extra time to polish up the graphics for the PS3. We found that the Xbox 360 actually had better graphics in the majority of the games we compared.
