Sorry pollovivo, but I played Joust once, and once was enough. It was boring, to me at least :).
That does'nt mean the game is bad though, just that its not my cup of tea.

Actually, I was a big fan of the original. The version here isn't nearly as good, but provides an example of what to expect. Ah, the childhood memories...

I think it's a pretty good game but I agree it's not as good as the original. I first played it on a microbee computer around 1986. This high tech machine had a huge 32K of ram!!!! What did you play this game on?

:D The funny end-table-like arcade machine! I still think that it has the best random concept ever. Joust ing on ostriches.

The version I played was called Emu Joust and was a lot easier to play. The enemies were slower and you got more lift each time you flapped the wings. This game is fun but the bugs in the program are annoying!! I kept getting stuck at the edge of the screen and it seems to reset 1 min into your second game. :cool:

Bad luck Pollovivo, you're back to number 2. And i had to kill myself to get the score on the chart. Once one of the enemies goes into the lava at the bottom of the screen you can't go to the next level. I wish they would fix these bugs, I love this game!!!!! :)

Well... there's always someone better! Watch out though. You never know when that lead will slip away. I noticed the enemy in lava glitch as well. If that wasn't there I think more people might play this game. Kudos to you though! :D Keep up the good work, and I am satisfied with a one time high score even if I can't beat you again, if I get the chance, I'll have to challenge you one of these days. You know how to work challenges on here right?

Ok I've sort of got the challenges figured out after yours. I was was also challenged by a sock.... it was an unusual looking one i think.... i got a big fat zero i think cause i got stuck up the top of the screen going after someone. Another annoying bug in the game. Hey Shaggy....any chance of fixing those bugs or getting a better version??? I love this game but it gets frustrating when you are getting a good score and have to abort the game.. :(

Yes, it was sort of like the odd sock that you find in your drawer.. The one you can't find a match for... For some reason I can't accept your challenge....I'm looking for that big green tick but it's hiding from me!!

Wow... a sock. Seemingly familiar, but eaten by the dryer so many years ago... the other somehow is still put in. Why, we'll never know. The challenge problem sucks... I wonder...

A few hints for you donkey720, dont fly around the screen too much, try to stay under a platform for protection, also have a look at the instructions that are in Arcade Chat. There are a couple of bugs in this game, I have written in the instructions how to overcome these problems.
