School vs boredom

Yea I'm still bored.....Its summer, I'm not doing anything so i'm gonna be bored for another month or so before school starts again...... :p

yh I'm on my holidays aswell but I have been for ages cos I had exams and junk before term finished for most ppl. How can anyone be looking forward to starting school, think I'd rather be bored. :confused: this smiley is kewl btw---> :rolleyes:

I love school. Mostly because I can go to places I want. Like the band room to play my instrument or Biology to see the cool teacher and disect earthworms and everything else. I hate breaks because their is nothing to do. I also like to visit some of my old teachers at the middle school when I have the time. But I never do. Doesn't matter to me because starting next week I'll have something to do every day for the rest of the summer. I teach VBS next week then I'm going to Carson Newman College for band camp from 8 in the morning till 9 at night. Then I am going to my grandmothers for a week to help out around their. Then I have band camp at school. I get to go back to school two weeks early because the band has to learn all their places for competition.

Sounds like it isn't necessarily school that you like so much as interesting stuff to do. I personally hated my school, so I looked forward to breaks. Now, sometimes I wish I was back in school where problems were so easy to deal with. But boredom does definately suck.

I hated school too once I got to high School but i'm still glad I did it. Going to school is definately an important part of growing up and even though you might not like going it's worthwhile in the long run.

Yes, it was definately worth going to, now that I can look back on it, but I would have enjoyed it better if I had been in a private school that was more student oriented.
