this is a fun game i will tell u the rules
someone makes a scenario "like im going to" then someone else posts what they would do in that scenario this will be a fun game if people play it
Scenario 1
your at home in your room sleeping you hear a crash coming from the basement your most precious belongings r down there so u run to your kitchen and grab a steak knife because its the only thing u have then u creep down your stair being as quiet as a mouse and u see someone in your basement going through your belongings you dont know who the are and you scared then you remember the knife in your hand you creep up behind them and then hezitate with the knife because you think it might be your friend or a relitive or somthing what do you do..........
JsWoman

I put the knife up under their throat, if they aren't that much taller than me, or have it pointed into their chest, and have them start answering my questions, very quickly. Then, considering that I have a cell phone, I would dial 911, and wait for the police to arrive.
You just finished with your classes at the campus, and you're driving home. Along the side of the road you see a car broken down, and a suspicious looking man creeping around it, trying to open all the doors. It doesn't seem like, to you, he has any legit reason for being there. In the car with you, you have a shotgun and a cell phone. What do you do...
Emptydeath
08-23-2005, 04:31 PM
i personal would call 911 and tell them were the car is then i would go to a safe dictance and watch the show
you just moved to a new neighborhood and theres a rumor going around that the abandond house at the end of the street is haunted so to try and make new friends you gather all the kids in the neighborhood and go inside to spend the night but you get scared wat do you do
JsWoman

**Edit, found Empty's question, so now answering it.
If I get scared in the haunted house?? Turn a light on, even if it's just a flashlight, look at everything that seemed spooky when it was dark, then after I'd calmed down, turn the light off, and start telling spooky stories with my friends. :D
You're walking down the street, minding your own business, when a dog runs by. You have enough time to grab the trailing leash and pull him in and calm him down, but there doesn't seem to be anyone who is looking for him. You check the collar, and note that the rabies tag is there, but no name tag. Do you try to walk back the way the dog was coming from and try to find his owner, that way, call the local veternarian to try to track down the rabies vaccination number to locate the owner, or do you keep and name the dog for yourself?

I would do the 1st 2 things..although the rabies tag maybe from a previous time..possibly the dog was owned prior..but is still worth a look into..

You run a news website. One of your contacts has some information about a major election. The information is concerning an on going extra-marital affair. You have a suspicion that the information is from an opposing candidate. But because of the time constraints you are not able to research the story thoroughly before running it.
Would you not run the story now with the realization that the election may be decided before you find out the truth from a verifiable source? -OR-
Would you decided to print the story knowing the information would effect the election?
JsWoman
09-13-2005, 11:18 AM
Hmm.. To print, when I don't know all the facts, or print something that would sway an election, even if it is possibly false... Think I would wait to find all the information on it, first, then, with all the facts, print the story. Even if it is after the election has gone by.

You have a friend, online, that you have gotten really close to, then all of a sudden, for no apparent reason that you can see, they just up and vanish. Ignore any and all messages that you send to them, don't call you back when you call them and leave a voice message, and send back mail, unopened. You want to know what happened to have made them ignore you, so what do you do??

I think I now have my thoughts in order for this 1..
---------------------------------------------------------------------
In the last quarter 04'.. I experienced some happenings..It was really unexpected..it saddened and depressed me as to see what it was I was having to read one night I got home..but I did atleast the next day find out as to what it was all for..but took time to change my feelings a bit as time went on...
In the 1st quarter of 05' everything thing came..with out warning..once again..I had no idea as to what had caused it..or why it was even occuring and it just wasn't with 1 person alone..It really flattened me..although sad and depressed once more..I decided to take a stand back and just isolate.. all I could do..and all I was really in the mood for..It wasn't what I wanted to do..but I felt I had no choice..that lasted for a few months..and luckily I feel good about things once more..

Would you go to prison for a friend?
You’re walking together down the street one day, you and a best friend, who has always been there for you, and as a joke you hug or play wrestle each other til something falls out his/her jacket. You notice it was large denominations of money, Still banded in a bag.
You then begin to question your friend as to where it came from, then you bend down to snatch it before he/she can pick it up. At that very instance, two police officers walking by only a few yards away see what happened and come over to investigate. As well as having reports of a theft that night. They search you both and find the money on YOU. You’re arrested on the spot. Your friend pleads with the police to release you, but he/she doesn’t admit the money belonged to him/her.
Due in part because he/she stole it. You didn’t. And after spending the night in custody, you find out you will be going to court and will face a prison sentence of 6 months. But still your friend still hasn’t admitted it was he/she that stole the money…
So..Would you go to prison for that friend?

definetly Not i have a philosophy about this if one of my friends does somthing wrong i wont rat them out but if i get in trouble for somthing they did definently i would tell the court what happened the friend might never like me again but if there like that there not a good friend at all so i would not go to prison for a friend
Your 9 years old your at a park with your 16 year old brother and you just talking and he tells you that he deals pot what do you do

You're walking down the street and see a 100 dollar (or pound) bill on the ground. What do you do??

I'd have to stick with the finders keepers rule and snatch it up :D
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Two medical students were walking along the street when they saw an
old man walking with his legs spread apart.
One of the students said to his friend: "I'm sure he has Petry
Syndrome. Those people walk just like that."
The other student says: "No, I don't think so. The old man surely has
Zovitzki Syndrome. He walks just as we learned in class."
Since they couldn't agree they decided to ask the old man.
They approached the old man and one of the students said to him:
"We're medical students and couldn't help but notice the way you walk,
but we couldn't agree on the syndrome you might have. What would you do to determine what the syndrome may be ?
JsWoman
09-19-2005, 02:12 PM
If I was the old man, would tell the 2 med students to bug off and leave me be. I'm old and deserve some respect... <----- My response to the 2 med students if I was the old man.
You're out at midnight, driving around, cause your kid woke up screaming and won't go back to sleep. On the side of the road you see a hurt dog, and you, being the helpful sort you are, get out, thinking that you'll put the dog in the back of your car, where you dog usually sits (behind a metal screen), but, once you're out, and next to the dog, you hear the drivers side door close, and watch your car, with kid, drive away. Meanwhile, the dog gets up, perfectly fine, and trots off. Stuck where you are, luckily with your cell phone, you do................................................ .............. (insert what you would do)
yarnellcg17
09-19-2005, 04:10 PM
I'd be thinking that a trap was set up for a passer by motorist for carjacking and the hurt dog was the bait to get the motorist to stop..but since the cell phone was still with me..I'd call 911 an fast..give them the plate # and the description of both the child and vehicle being stolen.

"People always are in a big hurry to get to the baggage claim," Coffey says. "And that usually involves going down an escalator. Crooks love crowds. They prefer to operate in places of transition. So this is a popular working area for thieves."
What should you do?
JsWoman
09-21-2005, 11:23 AM
What should I do about what?? The crooks that like striking from the annonimity of a huge crowd? Make sure everything that's with me is well in hand so it can't be taken away.
You're an avid gamer, online, and a new, seeminly endless, RPG is started. You hear about it from your friend, who is raving about the great graphics and all the stuff they have learned to do on it. So, thinking to yourself, if it's so great, why don't I go and try it for myself. Within a day, you're hooked in it. By the end of the second week, when you try to log on, you get a message saying that you have to pay $20 a month to continue playing it. What do you do??
yarnellcg17
09-21-2005, 11:32 AM
 On that deal of having to pay $20 to continue..I'd say nuh uh no way..free was much more fun :D
---------------------------------------------------------------------
You ride your bike down the center of a busy street..and then you run face to face will a police officer..who then cites you but does pay your fine..but you still have to go to court over the matter..
JsWoman
09-21-2005, 11:42 AM
Ummm... Show up for court and hope the police officer doesn't, so I don't get into any trouble??
Walking down the sidewalk, one day, a car pulls up beside you. Thinking the people inside are looking for directions to someplace in town, you turn to them, and run face to face with Nikki and Paris from the Simple Life and the Simple Life 2. What do you do and/or say?
yarnellcg17
09-21-2005, 01:55 PM
I'd say to them, hello ladies..My Name is Cain
---------------------------------------------------------------
You are a time traveler and you end up in Serbia, it's 1914..and it just so
happens you are in the parade route that day..It all hits you at once as to what the parade is for..You know your history as to what event started WWI.. Would you let history takes it course or would you find a way to prevent the Assassination? to save Europe and later other Nations from a World War..
JsWoman
09-21-2005, 02:52 PM
Umm... WWI is a fact... I don't think I would change it. Too many chances that I would alter too much of the future if I did that, and wouldn't want to risk not having my daughter or meeting her daddy.
You are in the middle of doing your job and you realize that, even though you've been doing it for over a year, you don't know what you're doing. What do you do now?
yarnellcg17
09-21-2005, 03:43 PM
Depends on the task..if it's a new task given..then I'd feel the same way as far as not knowing what I'm doing..best thing I can think of coming up with..
------------------------------------------------------------------------
You are having what you think is just your ordinary day..you know you have things downtown that need to be done..as you are driving to town you notice 3 mins into the trip..nothing else outside is moving..but you.. Everything is suspended in motion..What would your thoughts be having witnessed a situation such as this?
JsWoman
09-22-2005, 08:00 AM
Hmm.... Everything is suspended? Hopefully that means security cameras, too, cause Mama needs a new wardrobe. :P
You're channel surfing on your television, and all of a sudden all the pictures blank out. The tv is still on, you can hear what the shows are doing, but you just can't see the corresponding pictures. What do you do?
yarnellcg17
09-22-2005, 08:09 AM
Tells me 1 thing..Bye Bye Picture Tube..Hello New TV..
----------------------------------------------------------------
It's 8am on a late spring day..and you notice that daylight is 3 hrs past due..
what would go thru your mind as you are taking notice of that event?
JsWoman
09-22-2005, 08:12 AM
It's still dark out and I'm out of bed?? Why on earth am I outta bed? Oh, yeah. My daughter is awake.
You buy your new tv, bring it home, and the picture isn't working on this one either. Now what?
yarnellcg17
09-22-2005, 08:24 AM
Well I know now I must take it back..and try to get me one that does work..
back to Walmart it is
---------------------------------------------------------------------
You are making breakfast and everything has worked out so far..eggs done..bacon done..but your toast isn't ready yet and has been sitting in for 5 mins..you go to check it out..then all the sudden without warning it shoots the bread out..puts it's straight to the ceiling..and your neighbor that lives above you says thank you.. so what now?
JsWoman
09-22-2005, 08:32 AM
Move the toaster and put some more in, or go without toast.
You're in your local mall, just walking around, when you notice a new store, but there is absolutely no one in there. You wander in, start looking at the merchandise, and see that everything is under 5 dollars (pounds, euros, or whatever you use). Pulling a cart over to yourself, you start loading it up with all these good quality, but cheap, items. When you're done shopping, you walk up to the cash register, but there don't seem to be any cashiers or sales clerks in the place. What do you do, now?
yarnellcg17
09-22-2005, 09:01 AM
I'd begin to wonder if the cashiers were ever there to begin with..but would look around more to find someone that would check me out with my items..
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
You go into your local grocery and you are browsing aisles for what it is you need..your cell phone goes off and you pull it out of your pocket or purse..then when the call is done you put it back..as your are finished checking out..you walk out the door and then you are stopped and acccused of shoplifting..what are your thoughts with this ordeal..
JsWoman
09-22-2005, 09:10 AM
Pull out my cell and show them what was put in my pocket.. Then pull out the rest of whats in my pockets.
You are doing a puzzle, and as soon as you solve it, you read the answer and see a message telling you to call such and such a number. What do you do?
yarnellcg17
09-22-2005, 10:25 AM
I would be very bewildered..but yet very curious at the same time..yeah..what the heck call it
------------------------------------------------------------------------
You head to bed.. it's 10pm Sept. 22nd 2005..
You wake the following morning or what you thought was the following morning and everything around you has changed..you feel very awkward and out of place..You look upon the wall and you see a calendar it reads out September 2030..you are now more feeling out of place then you were before you looked up at that calendar on the wall..What else would possibly go thru you?
JsWoman
09-22-2005, 10:43 AM
How the heck did I sleep from 2005 to 2030? And why don't I feel or look any older?
Imagine you're a poor soul, living in the slums, with a very beaten down, worn out clunker of a car. You go to sleep, after coming home from working 12 hours straight at the factory, and dream that you woke up in a mansion, with all the riches you could ever ask for. You say, "Wow, this is everything that I had ever hoped it would be. I must be dreaming." You look over and see a servant, and you tell that servant to pinch you, so you will know if you are dreaming or not. As soon as the servant goes to pinch you, you wake up, in a big fluffy pillow bed, and you're surrounded by servants waiting to pinch you. Are you still dreaming, or were you dreaming about being poor. You tell me, and what would you do next?
yarnellcg17
09-25-2005, 12:13 PM
I'd say it sounds as someone may still be dreaming..what would I do next..let the dream go with the flow and hopefully I forgot that I set my alarm..for the next morning :D
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You come home from work and you notice that your new cat is sitting at the computer browsing around.. paws on the keyboard..
It notices you and all the sudden stops... raises its paw..clicks out of everything and bolts away..You think ok? strange..
Hours pass by and you're all relaxed now.. so you decide to get on your computer and browse around..you then notice that there is an icon on your desktop..named.. The Human Factor..You then think what the heck is this...
You click on the icon and the program is in a word processor form..a diary created by your cat..So you begin reading..
Day 1
Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet while they were walking almost succeeded, must try this at the top of the stairs. In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again induced myself to vomit on their favorite chair...must try this on their bed.
Day 2
My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am forced to eat dry cereal. The only thing that keeps me from going insane is the hope of escape, and the mild satisfaction I get from ruining the occasional piece of furniture. Tomorrow I may eat another houseplant. So I can barf on their bed once more.
Day 3
I am convinced their other captives are snitches. The dog is always happily rewarded and seems more than happy to return each time he watches me do something. He is obviously a half-wit. The bird on the other hand has got to be an informant, and speaks in tounges with them regularly. I am certain too he reports my every move. The bird thinks his current placement in his hanging jail is his safety assured. But I can wait -- it is only a matter of time... Before I make him mine.
-------------------------------------------------------
Now after having read this you must be thinking what?
Emptydeath
11-09-2005, 03:20 PM
i would tell it its a good kitty and then SELL IT
whatr would you do if you someone stole you mp3 player and you suspect its your friend that did it seriously how would you handle that situation
yarnellcg17
11-18-2005, 04:32 PM
Unfortunate to have any friend do you wrong in any manner or pull the wool over your eyes..then making your friend unbecoming an honest friend that you thought they were..
But..always gathering your facts 1st is the only way to piece that type of situation together to get any resolve is always best..and if then you find out that friend betrayed you..then you can kick that friend to the curb...

you can hear the phone ringing... but nothing else, except for a faint sound of footsteps coming from upstairs.
you obviously have a cellphone, your keys and you have a bag full of heavy books, as you were down at the library.

I'd probably spend about 60% of the money then give the rest of it to my family. I wouldn't explain why I was giving them loads of money, I would just go to a quiet suicide.
You're told you can have either 48 hours to live or live forever. Think about the repercussions of eternal life
