I've checked the site linked above out and the games offered seem to be freeware and ok to "advertise" on this site.

I didn't try to download any however so if you do, be aware of the risks of downloading from an unknown site. If anything happens with the game or your comp this site, nor anyone on it, will accept responsibility :).

Edit May 30th - Iv'e just found Diablo 1 on this site for download and as that game is NOT freeware or abandonware the link has been deleted as illegal.
