quick question: is this the web site of the Random Games Inc. that developed such games as Chaos Gate and Soldiers At War among others? If not, do you know how I might contact them? thanks.

Random Games, Inc. went out of business a couple years ago.
You can still find some of their games on some store shelves, specifically
the card games collections.
