I just saw on the news (Sydney,Australia) they are warning us about possible terrorist attacks in Indonesia. I'm wondering how likely this is. After the last bombing in Bali there was a lot of people complaining that the government had intelligence suggesting there was going to be an attack but they didn't warn anyone.
They may be reacting to a minor report to avoid complaints again, because they said it's only a possibility they won't lose face if it never happens
What does everyone else think?...... will it happen?...if so, Indonesia or somewhere else?

I think people are becoming desensitised to these warnings, because so many go out and nothing happens.
When it comes to Indonesia, anything is possible, as the terror groups there are still very active, despite the setbacks caused by the arrests of some of their highest ranking leaders.
Saw on the news the other night that very few Australians are cancelling their travel plans to Indonesia despite the warnings, and the Indonesian government are irate because they reckon our govt did'nt share the info, which I find very hard to believe. More likely they are irate because the Christmas period is the height of the tourist season, and they will lose money if tourists cancel.

well once the government publicly states that an attack is coming it discourages the terrorist frm completing the plans

there has actualy been a pattern which i picked up 3 weeks after the bali bombings.

i forget what it was now, but i remember that it has something to do with multipling mounth by date, and subtracting the sum of the month and date numbers.

the Al Queda must have been good at maths, because it took me 3 weeks to work out this pattern.

PS. there was actually no evidence that it was the Al Queda, Bush just chose a non-european government and blamed them

Al Queda aren't a government in any way at all. They are a fundamentalist Muslim group bent on spreading pure Islam world wide by any means possible. This includes terrorist attacks and pressure on governments (they hate the Saudi Arabian government because of its close ties to the US and are trying to force them out of power). They are responsible for Sept 11. Even though I dislike Bush and his govt I do believe the information they have against this group is real. Bin Laden has never said his group were behind sept 11 but he has never refuted it either. Bin Laden himself may or may not have been involved and known of the attack but those that carried it out were Al Queda members.
