Freeware games - mac

hey im a mainly a guy who uses windows but i recently bought a mac from my school ... its a 1.3ghz g4 mac osx not great but usable and i have been researching and i have forund only a few games to play that are cool like rpg's mainly .. or fps's ... the only two decent games i have come across that arent great are .. assault cube ... crap graphics and not that fun if not online ... and the other being frets on fire but none of the clients seem to work on my mac :( so im pretty bored as i dont have any memory on my laptop to play anymore games :(
